He also had his 2nd birthday Dr. checkup. He is one big boy and growing so tall, he may surpass Dadda someday soon.

Summertime around Seattle

Seattle's summer was perfect. 70's-80's all the way through most of Sept.

Johnny's first camping trip. We went to Diablo Lake in the North Cascades. Great camp site with access to the glacier cold water (Matt went swimming), fishing, rock throwing and muddy play time. We had hiking trails and ranger nightly activities, plus, amazing weather. We also stopped on the way home to pick our own blue berries. We all loved it.

Amazing Summer!!! Until the sun comes out again for us.......

An amazing week in Maine - July, 2013

Never too late to share....

July Maine Trip = Best Time Ever!!!

As part of our trip to Maine, Matt and I were so lucky to get away with friends to go river rafting on the Kennebec River. It was probably one of the most adrenaline pumping times in my life. We went Sunday and again Monday. The flow was almost double on Monday, since they had a special release of water from the dam, making the rapids and holes HUGE.
